My wife and friends and I visited Yellowstone National Park over a Christmas vacation.  We visited Paint Pots, an area of steam vents and colorful mud pots in the Lower Guyser Basin of the park.  Everything was snow covered and rimed with ice crystals that formed in the cold air.  Combined with the steam clouds and floating ice crystals that filled the air the effect was magic.   The ambience of the day was difficult to capture in a photo let alone attempting to keep that feeling in the line drawing that results as I make the engraving.

The engraving is made in white Kaolin Clay and set in a shadow frame of light colored pine.  There is a set of Command Strips for hanging, along with a wire hanger set and pads installed.
